If I'm making it f...I've done it two ways. If I'm making it for dinner that night, I usually cut the dough in half and make two crusts from it. I then bake both and wrap one in plastic wrap and stick it in the freezer. <br /><br />If I'm just making the dough but not having it for dinner that night, I simply wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and stick it in the freezer.
