Ok, I haven't really gone bananas, rather they are falling out of my freezer from being stuffed in every nook and cranny. A few weeks ago I started cleaning out my freezer and was amazed by how many bananas I found in there. I immediately started an impromptu freezer cooking session related to bananas. I was able to use about half of them but could use some ideas for the rest. The following recipes are what I made that day.

Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
I highly recommend all of these recipes and I know my family and friends all enjoyed eating them too. I also had planned to make banana bread but ran out of time.

I always make banana bread when we aren't able to eat the banana's in time! I can't wait to try the cake with cream cheese frosting next time! Sounds so yummy!
