In need of a quick and easy, dessert? This recipe satisfies both needs. This came from a college friend and is super simple.
Cake Mix Cookies
1 white cake mix
1 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 Tbsp water
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Stir in chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Top will be pale. Cook 1 minute before removing from sheet. When cool, store in an airtight container.

Thank you for this recipe. A friend of mine in college made black & white cookies this way and the were always the biggest, best cookies! I could never remember the ingredient quantities.
